B.sc Electronics with Artificial Intelligence

Academic Year 2022 – 23

The Department of Electronics and Communication Science III year students did internship work in FLORANIX Industry, Chennai from 12/12/22 to 17/12/22.

Department of Electronics and Communication Science had organized a two day workshop on “EMERGING TRENDS IN RENEWABLE ENERGY”. Wind Turbine Controls and Operation & Solar P V Module Operation ( 6th and 7th January 2023).

On 6.1.2023. Topic :Wind Turbine Controls and Operations Time: 3:00 p.m, the session was conducted by Mr. K.Sankar, Field Quality- Team Leader, Siemens Gamesa, Chennai.

On 7.1.2023. Topic : Solar P V Module Operation , Time: 2:30 p.m , the session was conducted by Mr. M.Arun Pandian Technical Quality - Team Leader, Siemens Gamesa, Chennai.

The Department of Electronics and Communication Science had arranged an Industrial Visit to Birla Planetarium on 25th January 2023 for I yr, II yr and III yr ECS students. About 73 students visit the Planetarium, accompanied by 4 of our Department staff members.

Department of Sciences organized the 37th National Science Day on 28rh February 2023. The Theme for the year 2023 was “Global Science for Global Wellbeing”. On this regard Interschool competitions were conducted for the students of Government and Government Aided Schools.

The Department of Electronics and Communication Science had arranged an Industrial Visit to ISRO, Shriharikota on 14th March 2023 for I yr, II yr and III yr ECS students

The Department of Electronics and Communication Science has planned to conduct ELECTROFEST-2023 Intercollegiate competition on 24th March 2023 for Electronics, Physics, Computer Science and Computer Application Students.
