• Your payment will normally reach the MERCHANT account within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct MERCHANT account due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details.
• If the card supplier declines payment, the MERCHANT is under no obligation to notify you. Please check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted.
• MERCHANT will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this website or any linked websites.

Refund Policy

If the customer leaves the MERCHANT before completing their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.

Refunds, if applicable and approved by management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. Nothing in this policy requires the MERCHANT to refund fees unless such fees have previously been paid.
