Mr. M. Balasubramaniam is a retired Senior Section Engineer from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Indian Railways, with extensive experience in engineering, aircraft maintenance, technical training, and administration. He holds qualifications including DME, AMIE, B.A., and MBA, reflecting a strong academic and professional background
He served 16 years in the Indian Air Force as a Sergeant in Aircraft Maintenance (Airframe) and participated in the Kargil War. During his service, he completed advanced technical training in Mirage-2000 Airframe Systems (securing first rank in the order of merit) and MI-8 and MI-17 helicopter overhaul training.
After his Air Force tenure, he contributed to engineering education as a lecturer and later served for over two decades at Integral Coach Factory, retiring in May 2025 as a Senior Section Engineer.

Currently, as Chief Vigilance Officer, he oversees campus security, staff attendance, procurement processes, infrastructure development, examination integrity, admissions transparency, recruitment support, and student and faculty conduct, while also contributing to the Budget Committee to ensure effective financial management and smooth institutional operations.
