INSTALLATION PROGRAM
was conducted by Rotaract club of DRBCCC Hindu College. New team got installed with President Taveena. G and Secretary Vincent Selvaraj along with 25 board members.

SUDHANDHIRA PARAVAIGAL
On the occasion of Independence day Rotaract club of DRBCCC Hindu college has conducted an event in Chathiram School Pattabiram, out of which more than 600 students have participated in various competitions on the theme “Independence Day” The aim of our project is to bring out “patriotic spirit” among the students and to create a platform to exhibit their talents. End of the day “Winners and Runners” of the event were rewarded with gift hampers.

TIMON AND PUMBAA
This is the week for Friendship. To create lovely memories for Friendship day, DRBCCC Hindu College has celebrated friendship week by conducting games for 1st year students, by tieing friendship bands and distributing candy to non-teaching staffs, by making 1st yr students to write on What’s Friendship?? and by greeting districts officials.

TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION:
“Teaching is one of the profession that creates all other professions”The light of the world, the beacon in the dark and the hope that gives us strength to survive, is our “Teacher”. To greet our teachers DRBCCC Hindu College has celebrated Teachers Day by greeting Faculty Coordinators Dr. E. Saravanan and Prof. S. SivaSubramanian

MERSAL:
“Talents are meant to be shared.” To share each one’s talent District Rotaract Council 3232 has conducted cultural event to create a platform to showcase hidden talents among students. This event was of great success as more than 3000 members participated in this event. Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College hosted the grand event.

VAAGAI
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”.
To find ourselves , Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College by joining hands with Vishwahita Club has taken initiative to celebrate “Vinayaga Chathurthi”in Old Age Home named “Sri Sai Alaya”. On this devotional day the members of both the club spent their time to make it valuable with Old people and worshipped along with them

AZHAGANANA AALAYAM.
The first and foremost motive of Rotaract Club is “SERVICE”. To achieve this goal Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College has taken initiative to keep our surroundings clean. As a first step to this, club members joined hands together and cleaned a temple at Kovilpathagai near Avadi.

KOOTANCHORU
“Unity is Strength.”
To exhibit our strength we the members of Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College united together and prepared lunch for all the members and had together as a family.

CHARTER DAY CELEBRATION
On the occasion of charter day which is known as Club day, on this day Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College has celebrated by cutting a cake with club members.

HUNGER PHRASE- 1:
“Service to others is Service to god.” To serve others Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College has distributed food packets to needy people at the road side. This is a new project initiated by the team. Our target was around 50 but more than 100 people were distributed with food packets, this project was of great success!!!

THIRAN:
“Thiran means skills” to enable the skills among others bakery classes were conducted for 1st year students of our club. With a motive that their skills should not go waste Rotaract club of DRBCCC Hindu College has taken an initiative to put a stall in our college campus and these students were involved for the production process. Bakery items, Chart Items, Sweets were sold. The profit made out of this was used to “pay the school fees for a underprivileged girl child.”

SARAVEDI:
“Diwali is festival of light, prosperity and happiness.”To spread the light and happiness among all, Rotaract club of DRBCCC Hindu College has celebrated Diwali in orphanage named “Anna Anadhaigal”. As a token of love sweets were distributed to the orphans and the members burnt crackers with them.

TRICK OR TREAT:
On the occasion of “Halloween day” which is celebrated in US as ghost day for fun is also celebrated by our Rotaract club of DRBCCC Hindu College. On this day members of our club disguised themselves as ghost, scared everybody and had lots of fun. They also distributed chocolates as a token of love.

TRIBUTE TO ROTARY:
“All the money in the world can’t buy you back good health.” We the Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College on the occasion of “World Polio Day” has conducted awareness program to End Polio from our country. This program was a great success as more than 500 people participated in this grand event.

MUNDITIA:
“Cleanliness starts from us.” Instead of keeping our surrounding neat and clean, it is important to keep ourselves clean and healthy. In order to keep ourselves hygienic and healthy Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College conducted an awareness program in Government School at Thiruninravur. The program was conducted on the occasion of “Hand Wash Day.” On this day students were taught how to wash hands and keep themselves clean and healthy. This initiative was a step towards healthy future.

VISIL:
“School days may be hard, annoying and irritating but we miss it when it ends” To get our school days back we the Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu college has conducted a school event in Boys School at Purshwakkam. Our theme was “Back to School Days” and in this event many games were conducted which we used to play in our childhood. This event was of great success as many colleges participated and winners were rewarded with prizes at the end of the day.

LETTER EXCHANGE
Exchanged the letter heads with other districts like Rotaract Club of Sukkur Central, Nallur Heritage, Patna City etc..The bound, friendship,sharing, love and care between these were created

FURIOUS DHADIS
Things provided to the cancer patients. And also photography competition was held

ANJATHEY
It is the bench mark project of the club. We Covered almost 21 houses with banners, Across 7 areas.

ANNAM 1000
It is ongoing project of the club. Where we distributed rice to the needy people. Almost 500kg of rice was provided to the people at 7 different areas.

AANANTHA KULIYAL
We had fun filled bath in pump set. It was a great day in the village along with the villages.

WORLD ENERGY CONSERVATION DAY
On the occassion of world energy day we shared the posters and content in the social media. About the impact & benefits. Along with Rotaract club of UIT, Retract club of Rajdhani Dhaka, Rotaract club of lahore, Rotaract club of National College etc.

ENNA DA PANNI VAICHIIRUKIGA
We shared the posters and content in the social media. About the impacts of pollution which is happening in our country. Along with Rotaract club of Guwahati East, Rotaract club of UIT, Rotaract club of Perambalur, Rotaract club of Nallur Heritage etc.

MAGILCHI (Chrisma Chris)
Along with Patna City and orphanage kids .we celebrated the christ birth anniversary by distributing sweets to kids and had a fun filled day.

NAL VIDHAIGAL
We the Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College along with Rotaract Club of Madras Mount planned to visit various interesting places and explore learning required things

IYARKAI THIRUVHIZHA
We the Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College along with 10host clubs have blissfully celebrated Pongal in Prem Boys Home by conducting various games to orphans and other clubs and also distributed school bags as Pongal gift to kids

VAWEZ
Rotaract Club of DRBCCC Hindu College have Co- Hosted VAWEZ along with 19 club with Rotaract Club of Viswahitha, A Cultural Event for a Cause of Saving Water at Santhome Auditorium
