Organised a Consumer Awareness Programme and Millet Food Exhibition in association with Food Safety Department, Tiruvallur and Bureau of Indian Standard, and Tamil Nadu Preservative Consumer Center on 03.08.2023. Honorable Minister Thiru.R.Gandhi, Minister of Handloom and Textile, Thiruvallur District Collector Dr.Alby John Varghese IAS. Honrable Minister Naser, Thiru.K.Tharpagaraj, I.A.S, Commissioner Avadi Corporation, Dr. M. Jagedeesh Chandra Boss M.B.B.S., Designated Officer Tamilnadu Food Safety and Drug Administrative Department (Food Safety) Thiruvallur are visited the Exhibition and appreciated the students and the College.

JOY OF GIVING DAAN UTSAV - 2023

Daan Utsav or Joy of Giving project was initiated in the month of October 2023 in association with BHUMI an NGO. This NGO conducted a Kindness Campaign to serve the society. As a part of this campaign all the students of the department generously contributed groceries, books, stationery etc to 42 families of the Rangapuram village in Thiruvallur district. This project was executed on 20th October, 2023 where 25 students and 2 staffs paid visit to Rangapuram Village to hand over the above listed items to all the families in the village.
