History of the department

The Industry-Academia Collaboration (MoU) Cell at D.R.B.C.C.C. Hindu College was established as a strategic initiative to bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial expectations. Recognizing the evolving demands of the job market and the need for real-world exposure among students, the college set up the MoU Cell as a platform to foster meaningful partnerships with various industries and institutions.

The Cell was tasked with facilitating Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with industries across sectors such as IT, Banking, Media, Manufacturing, and more.

Over the years, the MoU Cell has successfully signed numerous agreements with companies and training institutions, enabling:

  • Guest lectures and industrial visits
  • Faculty development programs
  • Collaborative research and consultancy
  • Curriculum enrichment based on industry needs The Cell has played a pivotal role in aligning the college’s academic activities with the latest industry trends and in cultivating a culture of innovation and skill development among students.

Today, the Industry-Academia MoU Cell continues to expand its network, focusing on sustainable partnerships, skill-based training, and knowledge exchange , making DRBCCC Hindu College a progressive center for holistic education
