The Dharmamurthi Rao Bahadur Calavala Cunnan Chetty’s Hindu College’s Placement Cell organized a successful Mini Job Fair on 26-10-2023. The event aimed to bridge the gap between our talented students and potential employers, providing an excellent platform for students to explore job opportunities and for recruiters to connect with bright, young talents. The event consisted of two phases: individual interviews followed by a group discussion specifically aimed at assessing entrepreneurial skills.
The interviews assessed technical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and potential fit with the company culture.
